Dr. T. Lynn Smith is a dynamic leader, educator, and visionary dedicated to empowering individuals and organizations through faith, leadership, and education. With a diverse career spanning ministry, music, and professional development, she has devoted her life to equipping leaders to serve with confidence and purpose. As the Program Director for The Salvation Army Southern Territory’s Jack McDowell School for Leadership and Educational Development, Dr. Smith also holds key roles within the Church of God in Christ (COGIC), including licensed Elder and National Board member. She holds multiple degrees, including a Doctorate in Sacred Music and a Doctor of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership. Dr. Smith is a prolific author, speaker, and musician, with Now She Leads being her latest work.
